This piece came from a photo painting challenge by Karin Jurick. She posts a photo and some advice and lots of artists paint their rendition. This is mine. I have to say I also have a few scary pieces before I got to this one. This was very interesting to me.

This is a piece I am working on right now. I'm not sure where I will take it but I'll have fun trying! I'll post it again when I am finished.

The Path

This is a little piece I woked on from some left over paint I had on my pallet. I was happy with the mood of the painting.

Painting all these animals made me realize how much I like exploring subjects in a series. Before animals I guess I was on a fruit roll for a while. When I sit down to paint today I wonder If it will be another animal or will a new series emerge? The day will tell.
